Previous office use converted to 15 houses under permitted development.

Two mature oak trees are surrounded by 4 buildings which once were medical accommodation and then later offices. Under Permitted Development planning it was achieved to convert to 15 houses ranging from 2 to 3-bedroom homes, with minor amendments being made to improve the exterior looks of the property.

Having assisted with the architectural layouts to improve sales and values we procured the contractor and consultants to deliver a stunning development located within a 10-minute walk of the town centre, however, benefiting from a rural setting.  The specification was improved during the construction due to the increasing values which increased 15% during the 10 month contraction period.

Enriched by green and backing on to 3 acres of Woodland the area is an ideal setting and with good specifications and larger than normal gardens the development, the properties will be in high demand.
