Originally instructed to source and purchase a plot on Wentworth Golf Course of significance we were able, through our contacts, to procure a 5.5-acre plot with an existing 8000 square feet property. From our negotiations were able to achieve a 12-month delayed completion.

With management assistance provided to the team, planning was achieved for an eventual building of 23,000 sq ft. As this was in excess of the client’s requirements the property sold generating a £2.5 million profit for the private client.
