Originally a standalone building with planning for offices Devco assisted in the acquisition of the property as well as raising the funding necessary to purchase and construction. The main building consists of two floors of nursery and 3 floors of apartments specified to a high standard to increase sales value and frequency.

Initially, the site benefited from only 4 houses however the land adjacent was purchased adding a further three houses which were slotted into the existing build program. The Nursery was a complete fit out and turnkey
delivery including furniture with tight size tolerances and deadlines.
