When acquiring a new development one of the first considerations at present is the incoming services, gas, electric and water. Not only are these a significant cost we have experienced delays of weeks and months mainly due the traffic plans being agreed with the local councils.

Major town centres can be the worse as a number of councils will not allow work until a school holiday period. Water has also been a main issue with delays by the contractors of water companies not able to provide a quick install service.
